As a courtesy to our busy lives, I ask that my clients cancel or reschedule appointments 24hrs prior to a scheduled appointment. I do understand that we all have family and or emergencies that we all have to deal with. A cancellation fee of 100% of your service will be applied to your credit card on file to schedule next appointment. If you are a no show you will be charged 100% of the service you were scheduled for. If cancellation and or no shows are frequent you will be dismissed from my book. (My time is as precious as well as yours).
